			* Proofpoint customers must list all their addresses that need to receive external email.
			* Any address not listed won’t be able to receive external email. This may be desired for internal groups/mailboxes that will never receive external mail.
			* Please inform DC Spam Help via email at <code>dcspamhelp [at] hbs [dot] net</code> when you need an address added or deleted and weather it's a user or group/distribution email address.
			* If you or the customer would like to manage their own account, just submit a request and permission will be granted. Adding and removing users is then totally independent without the need to inform DC Spam Help.
