When your new password is enforced you will be prompted to enter your password.

For example: Outlook users will be presented with the following dialog box:


Nothing entered here will allow you access to your mailbox.

You must open a web browser to: https://webmail.hbscloudservices.com & enter your email address & password.

This will provide you the ability to update your password.
New passwords must meet the following requirements:

  • Not contain the user's account name or parts of the user's full name that exceed two consecutive characters
  • Be at least eight characters in length
  • Contain characters from three of the following four categories:
• English uppercase characters (A through Z)
• English lowercase characters (a through z)
• Base 10 digits (0 through 9)
• Non-alphabetic characters (for example, !, $, #, %)

Now you can login with your new password:

All other devices such as your phone will have to be updated as well with your new password.
