To install both the licensing, backup monitoring, and usage reporting, the Veeam MA must be installed.

Add HBS as a Service Provider in the Veeam B&R console

Follow the steps below to add the service provider.

1. Click on "Backup Infrastructure" in the bottom left of the Veeam console.
2. Select "Service Provider"
3. Choose "Add Provider" on the top left navigation menu.
4. Enter "vcc01-lc.hbscloudservices.com" in the "DNS name or IP address" prompt field.
5. Check "Allow this Veeam Backup & Replication installation to be managed by the service provider."
6. Click Next and then enter your Veeam Service Provider Console credentials that was provided to you exactly as formatted.
7. Save the configuration and let the HBS Data Center team know it's been configured and what the machines hostname is.
