Authenticated relay is available upon request, otherwise unauthenticated relay is default using the Public IP of the sending server.

Sender address must be listed in Proofpoint.

  • If the user or functional account doesn't exist and the sending domain is not verified, relaying will be denied.

You must also configure the domain's SPF Record to allow Proofpoint email sending.
