How to access website files using FTPS

Go back to Web Hosting guides or Main Page.

1. Install an FTP client that supports FTPS. E.g., WinSCP, Filezilla, or any client that supports FTPS.
2. Start FTPS client
3. Choose File protocol: of "FTP"
4. Choose Encryption: of "TLS Explicit encryption"
5. Enter Host name: “<hostname>” - this is the panel hostname found in your webhosting credentials.
6. Make sure Port Number: is "21"
7. Enter User name: which can be found in your webhosting credentials "FTPS Access" section
8. Enter Password: which can be found in your webhosting credentials "FTPS Access " section
9. Login
