IPhone Settings for Basic E-mail

1. Enter the Settings Application.
2. Select "Mail"
3. Select "Accounts"
4. Select "Add Account"
5. Select "Other" at the bottom of the list.
6. Select "Add Mail Account".
7. Enter in the following information
   1. For the "Name" field, enter your name.
   2. In the "Email" field, enter your e-mail address. For example jdoe@hbsdemo.com.
   3. In the "Password" field, enter in your e-mail account's password.
   4. The "Description" field will auto-populate.
   5. Select Next.
8. On this screen, fill in the following information.
   1. Make sure IMAP is selected at the top of the screen.
   2. The "Name" "Email" and "Description" fields will be filled with information from the previous screen.
   3. Under "INCOMMING MAIL SERVER" "Host Name" will be: imap.hbscloudservices.com
   4. Under "INCOMMING MAIL SERVER" "User Name" will be your e-mail address.
   5. Under "INCOMMING MAIL SERVER" "Password" will be pre-populated.
   6. Under "OUTGOING MAIL SERVER" "Host Name" will be: smtp.hbscloudservices.com
   7. Under "OUTGOING MAIL SERVER" "User Name" will be your e-mail address.
   8. Under "OUTGOING MAIL SERVER" "Password" your password will need to be entered
   9. Select Next at the top of the screen.
9. Make sure the slider for "Mail" is green, Select "Save"
