Detailed Limits
To ensure the ongoing health of our platform, Proofpoint Essentials imposes limits on the number of messages sent and received, the number of recipients per message, and the size of a message.
If a user exceeds these limits, they may receive an error message, such as:
- You have reached a limit for sending email
- You have exceeded the maximum number of recipients
- You have exceeded the maximum size of a message
