Overview

  • Proofpoint customers must list all their addresses that need to receive external email.
  • Any address not listed won’t be able to receive external email. This may be desired for internal groups/mailboxes that will never receive external mail.
  • Please inform DC Spam Help via email at dcspamhelp [at] hbs [dot] net when you need an address added or deleted and weather it's a user or group/distribution email address.
  • If you or the customer would like to manage their own account, just submit a request and permission will be granted. Adding and removing users is then totally independent without the need to inform DC Spam Help.

Panel User Access

You can access your Proofpoint account via the panel:

If you haven’t logged in or forgot your password, click on the “Forgot your password?” link to gain access to your account.

Once logged in the "?" in the top right is your resource for the most up-to-date documentation

Panel allows 24/7 access to:

  • Quarantined items
  • Allow & Deny List
  • Emergency Inbox
  • Logs
